Price Breakdown
Initial Payments:
2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom: $150,000 (exempts rent for the first 5 years)
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom: $125,000 (exempts rent for the first 5 years)

Ongoing Costs:
Maintenance Fee: A monthly fee of $500 applies during the first five years, covering utilities, insurance, landscaping, pest control, and building maintenance.
Rent in Year 6 and Beyond:
2 Bedroom: $2,000/month (fixed for the duration of residency) plus $500 maintenance fee.
1 Bedroom: $1,600/month (fixed for the duration of residency) plus $400 maintenance fee.
Available at additional cost
Housekeeping, meal plan, and any Christian Science nursing care are available a’ la carte.
Optional add on - 12x22 covered Garage = $15,000
